Terms of service

These terms cover ExtraSlides (“we”) and ExtraSlides Pro. By using ExtraSlides you agree to them.
The service
ExtraSlides is a presentation editor at app.extraslides.com. It is free to use in your browser without an account. ExtraSlides Pro is a paid subscription that adds an account, sync across devices and cloud backups.
Your work
You own what you make. We claim no rights to it. For Pro, you let us store and transmit your decks and canvases only to sync and back them up for you.
The free version keeps your work in your browser’s storage, which the browser or you can clear. Keep your own copy with File ▸ Back up everything.
Pro subscription
- Pro costs $3.99 a month, plus any tax due, billed in advance by Stripe. It renews each month until you cancel.
- Cancel any time in Account settings ▸ Manage subscription. Pro continues until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund policy.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still fails, sync stops. Your work stays on your devices and your cloud copy stays readable.
- We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before changing the price.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete it in Account settings, which ends your subscription and deletes your cloud data.
Fair use
Don’t use ExtraSlides to break the law, to store content you have no right to, or to attack, overload or probe the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
No warranty
We work to keep ExtraSlides reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will email Pro subscribers about material changes before they apply. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.
